Here's what just one client had to say about Mark:
I am the founder and president of Consultants
for Corporate Benefits, an Employee Benefits and HR Management consulting firm
recently acquired by Commerce Bancorp. Up to that point, my 11-person firm had
successfully competed against national leaders in the industry (names you may
be familiar with, like Aon and Hewitt). Our success was based on many factors,
but I can’t underestimate the impact of our corporate image on both sales and
service, which was largely the brainchild of Mark Marshall.
Before Mark, everything in this area had
been done on a project basis, either internally or with “the resource of the
month.” Mark was recommended to me to update our website. He pointed out that
none of our current materials - starting with our logo - was doing our business
justice. Mark recommended starting from scratch, and developed an effective
communications platform and standards that could be rolled out over a period
of time (which made the approach affordable and practical as well as creative).
As a result of this process, the quality
of our image finally reflected and promoted the quality of our work.
Mark produced a striking new logo, print
collateral, trade show booth, and a website that earned raves for its functionality
and appearance. And not only was Mark’s pricing reasonable, but there were significant
savings (in time and money) because we had corporate standards to follow for
each new project - no more start-ups or throwing good money after bad.
I consider Mark a true offsite partner.
In fact, we continue to rely on Mark’s for guidance and support, despite now
having access to the resources of a billion dollar company like Commerce. I
highly recommend him for his creativity and business savvy.
